Yuhu (yuhu.games and the Yuhu app) is a way to play simple games with friends — on one shared device, or online in rooms joined by a four-letter code, a link, or a QR. By using it you agree to these terms.

Playing as a guest needs no account. Hosting an online room means signing in with Google or Apple, which creates a lightweight account tied to that identity. You must be 13 or older to use Yuhu. You are responsible for activity in rooms you host, including who you let in, who you remove, and when to end a game.

Hosts may remove players from their rooms, and we may end rooms or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Rooms, games and scores are deleted automatically within about an hour of everyone leaving. Don't rely on the service to store anything — the fun is the point, not the archive.

We work hard to keep the games fair and the service running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited. Apart from those, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, and our total liability for any claim is the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

AI-written questions can be wrong. We may limit or pause them to keep the service fair and safe.

Yuhu may show ads or messages from sponsors. Sponsors buy their places under a separate agreement and invoice.

There is no real-money play, betting or prize of any value. Every game is just for fun.

The design, game implementations and content packs belong to Kaira One. Don't copy or redistribute them as your own. You keep what you type, like names, guesses and topics, and you let us use it to run your games.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru decide disputes. If you live in the EU or UK, you also keep the protections of your local law and can bring a claim in your local courts.
